The 2026 Indiana Transportation Team (ITT) Partnering Conference gives team members the chance to reconnect, reflect on 2026 accomplishments AND earn PDHs with new ideas and tools to take us into the new year.
This event is for everyone – from the C-Suite to boots on the ground. We’ve spent the year working on utility coordination, and it’s imperative that you have key employees working in the utility space in the room. This year, we’re welcoming utility company representatives to join our Shindig as the fourth leg of the 2026 ITT stool.

FINDING YOUR NORTH STAR
National championship coach and sport psychologist, Dr. Ivan Joseph, has not only studied the tenets of grit and resilience, he has successfully applied them time after time with professional and Olympic athletes, executives, industry leaders and high performers from all walks of life. In this session, you will learn the importance of finding your own clarity of purpose and shifting your focus to what matters, making sure those around you feel that they belong and finding your flow again.
Dr. Joseph shares powerful stories that people take to heart and research-based insights. Your team will learn practical techniques to:

- Develop and sustain self-confidence, especially in times of adversity.
- Effectively use the power of affirmations to fuel your performance through hope and optimism.
- Stop negative self-talk and critical styles of feedback that isolate and demotivate us.

Location
The Indiana Convention Center is located at 100 S. Capitol Ave., Indianapolis, IN 46225. We’ll be on the first floor in the 500 Ballroom & Reception Room.
Parking
Check out the interactive map of parking spaces available in downtown Indy. Many will keep you out of the weather with tunnel or skywalk access.
Hotel
Explore downtown Indy’s hotels ranging from large national brands to small, boutique establishments, many of which are attached by tunnel or skywalk to the Indiana Convention Center.
Fee
The fee to attend the 2026 ITT Partnering Conference is $60 per person. This includes your conference materials, breakfast, lunch and happy hour.
Changes
Contact the organization you signed up with to change your registration. We will accept cancellations until COB Thursday, Dec. 10 and substitutions until COB Monday, Dec. 14.
SPONSORSHIPS
Sponsorships help make the ITT Partnering Conference possible while keeping registration costs low for participants. Sponsor support helps offset significant conference expenses, including venue rental, food and beverages, while recognizing ITT companies that support the event.
For your $1,250 sponsorship, your company will receive:
- Recognition on digital, print and on-site conference materials.
- Social media recognition.
- One conference registration, in addition to ACEC Indiana’s engineering firm ticket allotment.
Sponsorships are limited to one per company. The deadline for inclusion in print materials is Thursday, Nov. 19.
REGISTRATION
CONTRACTORS & UTILITY COMPANY REPRESENTATIVES: Registration opens for contractors and utility company representatives on Oct. 6. Contractors and utility company representatives can sign up here until Thursday, Dec. 10.
ENGINEERS: ACEC Indiana will contact your firm’s principal(s) about seat distribution.
INDOT: INDOT’s talent management team will register employees.
Attendance constitutes permission for ITT to photograph, record and use images from the event for ITT communications and event promotions.
Requests to accommodate dietary restrictions must be submitted with your registration and will be honored when reasonably possible.
