The Indiana Transportation Team started 2023 with a vision to make our team stronger, and we’re finishing the year taking stock of what we’ve accomplished.

Join us on Thursday, Dec. 21, 2023 for the 2023 Indiana Transportation Team Partnering Conference 2.0.

Why two conferences in 2023?

Short answer is the location wasn’t available in January 2024, and this time frame works better to wrap up one construction season and plan for the next!

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

The 2023 Indiana Transportation Team Partnering Conference is for everyone – from the C-Suite to boots on the ground. But the sweet spot here is field-level managers. If your job title includes ANY of these words, this conference is for you.

ACEC has approved the day’s agenda for Professional Development Hours.

INDOT employees will be registered by the agency’s talent management team.

Join us for coffee and donuts, grab your name badge and settle in for a great day of learning, team building and networking. Your table assignment for the morning session is on your name badge.

ICI President Richard Hedgecock, CAE will lead this interactive session that examines our progress from both an individual and organizational standpoint. We’re talking:

Your role in the partnering process.

Progress Meetings.
Close Out/Wrap Up Meetings.
Team Communications.

Grab some more coffee and enjoy a few minutes with friends before we dig into the good stuff. Now’s the time for morning district presenters to move to the staging area up front.

Get ready to learn about what your team members in the Crawfordsville, Fort Wayne and Greenfield districts have been working through in 2023.

Stretch your legs. Return those calls. Grab some lunch and enjoy a meal with friends in your District breakout rooms. We’re going to need your help developing some consensus on ITT priorities for 2024, so get ready for some lunchtime brainstorming.

We’ll work our way through the LaPorte, Seymour, Vincennes and Central districts, with a break at 2:30 p.m.

Engage in some instant polling for 2024 district priorities, led by ACEC-IN Executive Director Beth Bauer, CAE.

3:00 to 3:30 PM | FINAL SESSION | 500 BALLROOM

Learn what to expect during the 2024 season from INDOT’s Deputy Commissioner of Construction, Roland Fegan, P.E.

3:30 to 5:00 PM | HAPPY HOUR | 500 RECEPTION

Enjoy a cup of holiday cheer and some tasty treats with old friends and new acquaintances at our Happy Hour in the 500 Reception Room. We’ve tucked two drink tickets into your name badge holder, and you can purchase additional beverages after that.

LOCATION

The Indiana Convention Center is located at 100 S. Capitol Ave., Indianapolis, IN 46225. We'll be on the FIRST FLOOR in the 500 Ballroom & Reception Room.

PARKING

Click on the icon for an interactive map of parking spaces available in downtown Indy. Many will keep you out of the weather with tunnel or skywalk access.

HOTEL

Click on the icon for a list of hotels ranging from large national brands to small, boutique establishments attached by tunnel or skywalk to the Indiana Convention Center.

REGISTER

There's a $25 registration fee that covers your meals, meeting materials and drink tickets. The registration deadline is Thursday, Dec. 14.

CANCEL

We will accept cancellations until COB Thursday, Dec. 14 and substitutions until COB Monday, Dec. 18. Contact ICI at 317-634-7547 to request registration changes.

There will be an informal networking event on Wednesday, Dec. 20 at the Hangar Bar located at 501 Madison Ave. in downtown Indy. It’s a great spot to meet up with your ITT friends for frosty beverages and food (on your own).
