The 2025 Indiana Transportation Team (ITT) Partnering Conference gives team members the chance to reconnect, reflect on 2025 accomplishments AND earn PDHs with new skills and ideas to take us into the new year.
The 2025 ITT Partnering Conference is for everyone – from the C-Suite to boots on the ground. But the sweet spot here is field-level managers. If your job title has any of the following words, this conference is for you!

Keynote speaker, entertainer and MIND READER Sean Bott will present his signature keynote, “Connect For Keeps.” In this amazing hour, you’ll learn how to make others feel understood, connected and valued to create and maintain long-lasting relationships. Sean uses clinically proven methods backed by research, results and a little razzle dazzle.
Grab some more coffee and enjoy a few minutes with friends before we dig into the good stuff. Now’s the time for morning district presenters to move to the staging area up front.
Build Indiana Council Executive Director Brian Gould will offer up the latest in Indiana’s transportation infrastructure funding outlook, including a look at the hot-button topic of tolling.
ACEC Indiana Executive Director Beth Bauer will lead a discussion on industry red-hot issues and emerging trends.
Stretch your legs. Return those calls. Grab some lunch and enjoy a meal with friends in your District breakout rooms. Help your district steering committee put the final stamp on our 2025 safety focus during a lunchtime discussion.

Learn about Indiana Safe Zones and how they are impacting work at pilot locations around the state.
Indiana Constructors, Inc. President Richard Hedgecock moderates a panel discussion with ITT District Steering Committee members. This panel will dive into the issues and solutions that rose to the surface at the fall Safety Summits. The intent of this session is to develop a list of action items for 2026.
INDOT Deputy Commissioner Roland Fegan, P.E. will introduce the 2026 initiative for district focus: utilities.
Raise a glass of holiday cheer in the 500 Reception Room. Catch up with old friends, meet new ones and enjoy tasty treats. You’ll find two drink tickets in your badge holder. Additional beverages are available for purchase.

The Indiana Convention Center is located at 100 S. Capitol Ave., Indianapolis, IN 46225. We’ll be on the first floor in the 500 Ballroom & Reception Room.
Parking
Check out the interactive map of parking spaces available in downtown Indy. Many will keep you out of the weather with tunnel or skywalk access.
Hotel
Explore the list of hotels ranging from large national brands to small, boutique establishments attached by tunnel or skywalk to the Indiana Convention Center.
Fee
The fee to attend the 2025 ITT Partnering Conference is $50 per person.
Changes
Contact the organization you signed up with to change your registration. We will accept cancellations until COB Thursday, Dec. 11 and substitutions until COB Monday, Dec. 15.
