The Indiana Transportation Team started 2024 with a vision to build on the past five years of our collaboration, and we’re finishing the year by taking stock of what we’ve accomplished.
Join us on Thursday, Dec. 19, 2024 for the 2024 Indiana Transportation Team Partnering Conference (aka The Shindig) to wrap up another successful ITT year!
NEW in 2024: Each leg of the ITT stool will handle registration for its Team members. Details below under the “REGISTER” tab.
The 2024 Indiana Transportation Team Partnering Conference is for everyone – from the C-Suite to boots on the ground. But the sweet spot here is field-level managers. If your job title includes ANY of these words, this conference is for you.
ACEC has approved the day’s agenda for Professional Development Hours.
Join us for coffee and donuts, grab your name badge and settle in for a great day of learning, team building and networking. Your table assignment for the morning session is on your name badge.
Please make sure you’re in your seat to be a part of the welcome by our special guest.
We’re starting out the morning with an overview of the Indiana Transportation Team and its vision. INDOT’s Deputy Commissioner Lyndsay Quist will take the lead on this session that provides a roadmap for our day (and beyond).
You’re going to be spending a lot of time with the folks at your table today, so this session, led by ICI President Richard Hedgecock, CAE, will help you get to know your neighbors.
ACEC Indiana, Indiana Constructors, Inc. and INDOT have robust workforce development efforts in place, and this session will shine a spotlight on how the industry as a whole is addressing next generation recruitment and retention.
Grab some more coffee and enjoy a few minutes with friends before we dig into the good stuff. Now’s the time for morning district presenters to move to the staging area up front.
Find out about the issues these districts have been tackling:
Stretch your legs. Return those calls. Grab some lunch and enjoy a meal with friends in your District breakout rooms. Your district steering committee is going to foster a discussion to get a sense of where we are and where we should go from here, so get ready for some lunchtime brainstorming.
Your lunch room number is on your name badge.
